The Government of Saudi Arabia has donated 3,000 Mus’hafs to the Maldives.
The Mus’hafs were officially handed over to the government by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the Maldives Matrek Abdullah Al-Ajalin Aldosari. The Mus’hafs were received by Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Zahir Ali.
The Islamic ministry stated the Mus’hafs donated by the Saudi government includes Mus’hafs of two sizes. As such, the ministry said the batch includes Mus’hafs with large-sized fonts and standard-sized fonts.
The Islamic ministry said individuals who wish to receive the Mus’hafs can collect the Mus’haf at the reception of the ministry.
