President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has revealed plans of the administration to develop 50 housing units in Manadhoo in Noonu atoll.
Speaking on a campaign trip to Manadhoo, President Solih expressed several projects are in the pipeline for the development of the island. In this regard, he stated Manadhoo Atoll Hospital will be further developed by introducing more services and facilities.
Moreover, President Solih said the roads of the island will be developed, along with enhancing police services, developing a football stadium and a youth centre with more facilities.
Furthermore, the president highlighted on some development projects planned for other islands of the atoll. In this regard, he revealed efforts are underway to change 13 schools in the atoll to one session.
