Public Service Media (PSM) has signed as the media partner for the hot air balloon festival to be held by Unix Sporting on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Speaking at the function, E-Commerce and Marketing Director of PSM, Ibrahim Nasreen stated that the event would be broadcasted live on all PSM channels and a documentary would be developed and aired by Maldives TV. At the function held to sign the memorandum of understanding with PSM, the Managing Director of UNIX Sporting Reyshan Shareef stated that having PSM as the media partner of the event is a huge success and it will enable every Maldivian to watch it live.
The week-long festival will see four hot air balloons. The organizers assure that these balloons will be piloted by professionals with many years of experience. The organizers revealed that they are planning on holding the event annually.
The event to be held on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr will be held at the Central Park in Hulhumale'.
