Ambassador of Russia to the Maldives, Alexander Karchava, on Tuesday called on Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Asim.
During the meeting held at the Foreign Ministry, Minister Asim and the Ambassador exchanged views on further strengthening the bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries, in the areas related to tourism and investment promotion.
the Minister also highlighted on the historical bonds of friendship between the two countries.
