The 'Eduvest Study Abroad Expo 2026' has begun to provide students planning to pursue higher education abroad with information about opportunities available at universities. The expo will be held in Male' on the 4th and 5th of September.
The 'Eduvest Study Abroad Expo 2026' features 11 universities from Malaysia, in addition to a university from Australia. The expo is being held today and tomorrow from 4pm to 9pm.
Speaking to PSM News, Eduvest Business Development Manager Aminath Hidhayath said visitors to the expo will have the opportunity to learn more about courses offered by the universities, as well as the opportunity to enrol in courses on the spot.
“Eduvest is a company that helps students from the Maldives pursue their studies abroad. Our main aim is not only to send students overseas but also to provide career guidance and counselling. This time, every student who confirms their enrolment through the expo will receive a free ticket. Students who bring all the required documents will also have the opportunity to enrol in a course on the spot,” Hidhayath said.
Eduvest has been organising the expo every year since 2019. Through these events, the company provides Maldivian students who wish to study abroad with information about courses available at universities in various countries.
In addition to Male', Eduvest has also been holding expos in several islands across the atolls. Earlier this month, on the second day of the month, Eduvest held the event in Kulhudhuffushi City.
