State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has concluded the Powerhouse Managers Development Programme 2022.
During the ceremony held to mark the completion of the training programme, participants were awarded the certificates by the Managing Director of STELCO Dr. Ali Azwar.
The programme was conducted for a period of four days for managers from 30 islands. During the training programme, sessions were conducted on leadership skills, developing human resources and how to better serve the public.
STELCO revealed the programme has given the opportunity to familiarise with the work of various sectors and encourage all powerhouses to work in the same system. STELCO also revealed the training programme will enhance its services.
