CPC ready to work with parties in other countries, including Maldives

Ambassador of China to the Maldives Wang Lixin has conveyed the readiness of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to work together with political parties in various countries including the Maldives to exchange governance experiences, pursue happiness for the people and build a community of shared future for mankind.

She made the remarks during an online symposium held on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the CPC over the Past Century on November 23, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the CPC and the successful conclusion of the 6th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of CPC.

Ambassador Wang pointed out that since its founding in 1921, the CPC has remained true to its original aspiration and mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. During the online symposium, participants from the Maldivian government, Parliament, local governments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and mainstream media expressed their warm congratulations on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and spoke highly of the great achievements and historical experience of the CPC over the past century.

They believed that it is under the leadership of the CPC that earth-shaking changes have taken place in China, which totally transformed the country, improved the livelihood of the Chinese people, promoted the status of the nation, and remarkably promoted world peace and development.

They looked forward to the continued success of the CPC, which they believed will bring more impetus, vitality, and stability into a world full of uncertainties.
