Vice President Faisal Naseem has returned to Male' City after concluding his two-day trip to Haa Alifu Atoll and Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
Vice President Naseem's first stop of the tour was Hoarafushi, Haa Alifu Atoll, where he inaugurated the road development project.
During the visit, he also attended the Hoarafushi Airport's anniversary celebration ceremony and visited institutions, and met with key stakeholders of the island.
On the second day of the trip, Vice President Naseem visited three islands of Haa Dhaalu Atoll. The vice president first visited Nellaidhoo, where he met with key stakeholders and toured the health centre and school. He then visited Vaikaradhoo and inaugurated the Island's outdoor gym and toured Vaikaradhoo Island Health Centre and the school. He also met with members of the Vaikaradhoo Island Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC), as well as representatives from key local institutions.
Lastly, Vice President Naseem proceeded to Kulhudhuffushi City where he inaugurated the Centre for Reproductive Health at the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (KRH).
The vice president visited various institutions and met with key stakeholders on each island throughout the trip.
He was accompanied on the trip by a delegation of government officials.
