Maldives Halal Travel showcased at QTM 2021

Maldives Halal Travel in partnership with Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) is being represented at Qatar Travel Mart (QTM) 2021, the first of its kind exhibition to be held in Qatar.

The exhibition will take place from November 16-18 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).

Organised by NeXTfairs for Exhibitions and Conferences, the three-day event which will showcase 14 national pavilions and 136 exhibitors from 31 countries, aims to stimulate tourism recovery. It also features top-level industry speakers at a high-profile Conference Programme with workshops and panel discussions and brings together key players in the local, regional, and international travel and tourism industry to offer the most sought-after upscale travel destinations, as well as the latest trends in tourism sectors such as luxury, business, medical, sports, leisure, cultural and Halal.

The conference will take place each day from 1100 hours to 1500 hours and will feature a great line-up of high-profile travel and tourism experts from around the world.

Speakers at the conference will cover in-depth key topics such as the Road to Recovery and How the Future will Look; Sustainable Tourism and Development; Innovation and New Trends; and a CEO Panel Discussion will focus on Behavioral Changes of Consumers and Hiring and Retention of Employees in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Industry.

Managing Director of Maldives Halal Tourism Dr. Hussain Sunny Umar is representing MHT at the conference during the Sustainable Tourism and Development session and will talk about Halal Travel and the Maldives for Conscious Travellers.
