President constitutes the Gan Regional Hospital Board

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has constituted the board of Gan Regional Hospital in Laamu Atoll.

The new board will govern the management of Gan Regional Hospital in accordance with the Decentralization Act. The members appointed to the board are Ibrahim Shareef as the regional financial sector representative, Dr. Mohamed Ismail as an independent health sector expert, Mohamed Hameed as the public representative, Ismail Ali as the president of the atoll council and Mohamed Shiyam as the Hospital In-charge.

President Solih appointed Ibrahim Shareef as the chairperson of the board.
