1,000 new members join JP

Jumhooree Party (JP) has revealed an additional 1,000 members have joined the party.

The applications of the new members were accepted by the Leader of JP Qasim Ibrahim. The new members include noteworthy figures from different sectors in the Maldives.

Speaking at the meeting held at the main office of the party, Qasim Ibrahim said the party will not step back from upholding and maintaining the rights of the Maldivian people even though the party is in a coalition or not.

During the party gathering, Qasim informed the members of the areas the party would focus on in the future.
