No critical data affected by issue to virtual machine: Customs

Maldives Customs Service has revealed no critical data were affected by the issue to one of its virtual machines.

Customs revealed one of its virtual machines had crashed and has since been recovered. Customs said some locals working files had been lost due to the crash, and that it is working on recovering the local files. However, the organisation said this does not affect any of its critical data or application servers.

Customs stated all of its services remain operational without interruptions. The organisation said it is currently looking into the cause of the issue.
