Vice President Faisal Naseem has clarified the quality of services provided to residents under the responsibility of state care or persons without the means of primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During discussions with senior officials and representatives of institutes administered under the Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services, Vice President Naseem clarified the procedure of providing medication and other necessary aid and discussed the difficulties being faced in provision of services during the global pandemic.
During the meeting, the vice president urged all participants to keep in touch with other relevant institutes based in other regions and islands and to try to provide required help and assistance for them as well. He also noted to monitor the quality of the services provided to the needy.
