Foreign Minister meets heads of diplomatic missions via video conference

Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid has met with the heads of diplomatic missions via video conference.

The video conference was participated by heads of 17 Maldivian diplomatic missions established in other countries. During the video conference, the foreign minister inquired and discussed the consular services provided for Maldivians amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic via high commissions, embassies, permanent missions and consulate generals. The minister appealed to heads of missions to provide all assistance required by Maldivians to the best of their abilities.

The missions can communicate at any time with Ministry of Foreign Affairs via video conference.
