Minister of Health Abdulla Ameen and World Health Organisation (WHO) Representative to Maldives Dr. Arvind Mathur have discussed ways to strengthen the health sector of the country.
During the meeting held at Ministry of Health, the minister and the representative discussed ways to further strengthen the health services across the country. Moreover, discussions were focused on future collaboration between WHO Maldives and the health ministry to build on its strong and long partnership.
Dr. Arvind Mathur has been the WHO Representative to Maldives since August 2015 and have assisted in the advancement of the health sector of the country.
