Bank of Maldives (BML) has become the Platinum Partner of the 11th International Conference on Intellectual Advancement (ICIA), organised by the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM).
The two-day conference is scheduled to take place from 30 to 31 August 2026, bringing together academics, researchers and other stakeholders to promote knowledge exchange and academic dialogue.
ICIA has been held since 2016 and has provided a platform for discussions on research, evidence-based practices and intellectual development in the Maldives.
BML said its partnership reflects the bank’s continued commitment to supporting initiatives that advance education, research and knowledge sharing in the country.
The bank said it remains committed to contributing to the development of research and education in the Maldives through support for initiatives that encourage intellectual advancement and academic collaboration.
The conference is expected to provide an opportunity for participants to share research, exchange ideas and discuss issues relevant to intellectual and academic development in the Maldives.
