BML Academy signs MoU to expand training opportunities

BML Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with INCEIF University to provide training opportunities for employees.

BML Academy has established a strategic partnership with INCEIF University to deliver training programmes for employees of the Bank of Maldives.

According to BML, the partnership will enable employees to access internationally recognised professional training programmes. Under the agreement, staff will have access to internationally accredited programmes in Islamic finance offered by INCEIF University, including executive education, professional certifications and specialised training courses.

In addition, the agreement will provide opportunities for knowledge-sharing to support career development in the financial sector, leadership development, and strengthening industry collaboration.

The objective of BML Academy is to develop banking professionals by providing internationally recognised education and training.

The academy has previously entered into partnerships with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and Singapore Management University to deliver training programmes for the bank’s employees.

BML places a strong emphasis on advancing the banking and financial services sector in the Maldives. As part of this commitment, BML Academy continues to work with leading international institutions to expand access to high-quality learning and professional development opportunities.
