Keys to 1,055 out of 4,000 apartments in the social housing towers developed by the Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) have been handed over to recipients.
Speaking to PSM News regarding the handover process, FDC’s Managing Director Hamdhaan Shakeel said keys for 2,349 apartments are already scheduled to be handed over. Flat recipients who have signed agreements and paid their deposits can check their key handover dates via FDC’s Fahi Portal, request a new date, or arrange to send a representative to receive the keys on their behalf.
FDC aims to hand over 600 units per day in the coming days. According to Hamdhaan, keys for all apartments with signed agreements and paid deposits are expected to be completed within the first two weeks of January.
