Housing Development Corporation Limited (HDC) has launched a dedicated portal designed to offer convenient access to information regarding private housing projects in Hulhumale'. The platform called Private Housing Information Portal was launched at the Vinares flats handover event.
HDC said the primary aim of the portal is to verify the legitimacy of projects undertaken by private companies and offer a user-friendly avenue for accessing vital project-related details. The portal will additionally facilitate the tracking of developments within Hulhumale'. Moreover, it will provide essential insights into apartment availability for purchase and apartment dimensions. The platform will be made accessible through the eFaas application.
Speaking at the ceremony, Managing Director of HDC Ahmed Athif articulated that the portal's launch was driven by the need to tackle concerns where apartment owners were encountering challenges in accessing crucial information and their entitled rights from certain projects. He also emphasised that the information presented on the portal would undergo monthly updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
The Private Housing Information Portal is a component of the larger My Hulhumale' portal which offers online services from HDC and serves as a source of information.
