The government of India has donated medical equipment to the Senahiya Military Hospital in Male’ City.
The equipment was officially handed over during the ongoing visit of the Defence Secretary of India Shri Giridhar Aramane to the Maldives. The items were received by the Minister of Defence of the Maldives Mariya Ahmed Didi. The donation of medical equipment includes an X-ray machine, an ECG machine, an EEG machine, and an ultrasound machine.
The Indian defence secretary is currently on a visit to the Maldives to attend the fourth Defence Cooperation Dialogue between India and the Maldives.
