National airline to increase flights during Eid holidays

The national airline, Maldivian, has stated more flights will be operated during the Eid-al-Ad’ha holidays to cater to the increased demand.

Speaking to PSM News, Deputy Managing Director of Island Aviation Services Limited (IASL) Aishath Jennifer said the demand for domestic flight operations has increased ahead of the Eid holidays. She said the airline will increase its flight operations to meet the increased demand and ensure availability of tickets for all who are travelling.

The national airline operates domestic flights to 14 destinations. Most of the domestic flights to be operated during the Eid holidays have already been fully booked.
