Fahi Dhiriulhun pays advance for Hulhumale' housing units

Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has paid advance payments for 4,000 housing units to be built in Hulhumale' Phase II.

FDC revealed advance payments for 2,000 housing units to be built by NBCC Limited and 2,000 housing units built to be built by JMS Projects Limited have been paid as per the agreements.

A total of 16 towers will be developed as part of each project, according to FDC. As such, towers for two rooms and three rooms will be built consisting of 17-18 floors, with each tower consisting of three lifts.

Moreover, each of the two projects will have 1,400 three-room units of 900 square feet and 600 two-rooms units of 650 square feet. The units, which are being developed under a mixed residential development model will also have retail outlets and parking on the ground floor and the first floor.

FDC said it now preparing to commence the fieldwork of the two projects.
