The Founder of Linbaq Holding Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok has donated 60,000 pieces of masks to the Maldives to provide support for the frontliners combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
On behalf of Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok, the masks were donated to the government of Maldives by member of parliament Colonel (Rtd.) Mohamed Nazim. On behalf of the government, the donation was received by the Chief Executive of National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Hisan Hassan.
Speaking to the press, Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok said it was heartening that he could do his part to help the Maldives to ride through the storm, adding the world needs all the good that one can do. He was very confident the economy of the Maldives will rebound with the conscientious efforts of the government.
Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok is also the Managing Director of Grandeur International Private Limited, a company embarking on holiday development in the Maldives. Nazim is a director of the company.
