Supreme Court of Maldives has decided to include names of judges issuing the sentences in the case conclusion reports.
Supreme Court said the Judge's Council has decided the case conclusion report will hereafter be published with the name of the judge who made the judgement, adding contrasting opinions of other judges will also be highlighted in the report.
Previously, the name of the judges who issue the sentences are not mentioned in the case conclusion reports.
