Minister of Defence Mariya Ahmed Didi has revealed, senior leadership of Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) have commenced efforts to strengthen the policies of the security force.
Addressing the graduation ceremony of 13th physical instructor course of MNDF College, Defence Minister Mariya Ahmed Didi said efforts are underway to enhance the welfare and structure of MNDF. In this regard, Defence Minister noted efforts to enhance the military capacity of the military force, strengthen the training programmes and to shape trainings to meet the modern world.
Moreover, Defence Minister expressed plans to ensure housing for security personnel and their families as well as plans to enhance medical facilities.
Minister revealed military personnel must be equipped with knowledge and talent.
