India assures support to achieve First 100 Days Goals of President Solih

India has assured support to achieve First 100 Days Goals of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih. The assurance was made by Ambassador of India to Maldives Akhilesh Mishra during a courtesy call on Vice President of Maldives Faisal Naseem. The meeting was held at the President’s Office. The Indian Ambassador was accompanied at the call by his spouse Reeti Mishra.

Speaking at the meeting the Indian Ambassador highlighted the First 100 day agenda of President Solih’s administration, and assured of India’s support and cooperation in achieving these goals. The Ambassador further reiterated India’s continuous support to the Maldives, especially in the area of youth empowerment.

During the call, Vice President and the Indian Ambassador shed light on the centuries-old history of Maldives and India; while expressing hope the existing ties between the Maldives and India will be further enhanced in the upcoming days.
