The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the availability of prime commercial spaces within the Reethigas Residence, Hulhumale’ Phase 1.
According to a social media announcement, three distinct commercial units are now open for proposal from interested and qualified business owners.
The available spaces cater to a range of essential services for residents. The units include a 1,031 square foot space allocated for a bookshop, a larger 1,463 square foot unit for a salon, and a substantial 1,913 square foot space designated for a wellness centre. This initiative aims to provide convenient amenities directly within the residential complex.
Prospective entrepreneurs have been invited to submit their proposals with the deadline for the bookshop space set for 5 May. Interested parties for the salon must submit their applications by 6 May, while the deadline for the wellness centre proposals is on 7 May.
The Reethigas Residence, a project originally developed to provide housing for HDC employees, comprises 459 apartments across six towers.
