BML Launches New Corporate Campaign ‘Dhiveheenge Bank - Mulhi Raajje ah’

Bank of Maldives (BML) on Wednesday launched its new corporate campaign, ‘Dhiveheenge Bank - Mulhi Raajje ah’.

The campaign launched by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu at an event held on Wednesday, reaffirms the Bank’s foundational commitment to the Maldivian people and its pivotal role in energising the nation’s economy.

In his keynote address, CEO and Managing Director of BML, Mohamed Shareef, recalled the Bank’s founding mission in 1982 to extend its services beyond commercial banking, to fulfil the vision of national progress.

The ‘Dhiveheenge Bank - Mulhi Raajje ah’ campaign celebrates this enduring legacy, positioning BML not just as a financial institution, but as a vital partner in the nation's journey — supporting individuals, businesses and communities across the country, he explained.

“Bank of Maldives stands at the forefront of technological advancement, introducing modern and innovative banking solutions that have transformed the country’s financial landscape,” Shareef said, underscoring the BML’s unique position as the bank of the Maldivian people.

According to Shareef, BML is recognised not only for being the largest employer for Maldivians in the financial sector, but also for fostering local talent and supporting growth throughout the nation.
