Dhiraagu reported a net profit of USD 15.44 million for the second quarter of 2025, a 2.1 percent increase over the preceding quarter, according to its latest financial disclosures. The rise in profitability was recorded despite a marginal decline in total revenue, underscoring divergent trends across the company’s principal service segments.
Financial statements for the period ending 30 June show that net profit after tax rose from USD 15.11 million in the first quarter. Pre-tax earnings reached USD 18.09 million, representing a 2.2 percent increase from the USD 17.70 million posted in the previous quarter.
The company’s revenue base is concentrated in two primary areas: mobile services and fixed-line broadband internet and enterprise solutions. Of these, mobile services remained the strongest contributor, generating USD 24.19 million in the second quarter, a modest increase of 0.5 percent from the USD 24.06 million recorded in the first quarter.
Fixed broadband services, by contrast, registered a slight decline. Revenue from this segment totalled USD 19.59 million, down 0.9 percent from the USD 19.79 million reported in the preceding quarter. Taken together, total revenue for the second quarter stood at USD 45.13 million, a marginal decrease of 0.3 percent compared with the USD 45.27 million recorded in the first quarter.
