Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Ahmed Nazim has departed for China on an official visit.
During the visit, the Deputy Speaker will attend the 6th South Asia China Cooperation Forum and the 9th South Asia China. He is scheduled to deliver addresses at both the forum and the expo.
The visit is fully funded by the Chinese government. Both events will be held in Kunming, China, from 17 to 21 this month.
The Deputy Speaker is accompanied by Members of Parliament Ismail Nizar and Mohamed Abbas.
