Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has introduced its new Yanmar Fishing Cruiser and 1,400HP Yanmar Inboard Engine. Chief Operating Officer (COO) Shahid Hussain Moosa and Minister of State for Tourism Ibrahim Rasheed introduced the new products at Maldives Marine Expo 2023.
MTCC stated that the Yanmar Fishing Cruiser is specialised for offshore deep water fishing and is designed to stay stable during rough seas without an anchor and that the Yanmar Inboard Engine is highly popular in the Maldives fishing sector. The new products are available for purchase under a 20% installment policy.
The National Boating Association of Maldives (NBAM) commenced the Maldives Marine Expo 2023 with more than 150 exhibitors and 160 stalls. The Maldives Marine Expo is a platform for the marine industry that features products, offers, programmes, and panel discussions on industry topics. The main objective of the expo is to provide a one-stop market for all stakeholders in the boating industry in the Maldives.
