Former President of Seychelles pays a courtesy call on the President

The former President of Seychelles Danny Faure has paid a courtesy call on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih. The meeting took place at the President’s Office on March 29.

President Solih and the former President of Seychelles conversed on topics of mutual interest, including COVID-19 and the post-pandemic tourism status in both countries, economic activity, and the two island states’ histories. Former President Faure also divulged details about his foundation and future work plans.

The former President of Seychelles had commented on the warm hospitality that was accorded to him and his spouse, Shermin Rudie Faure, on their current stay in the Maldives.

Before concluding the meeting, President Solih and former President Faure exchanged pleasantries and best wishes for all future endeavors.
